August Stats for Home Sales in Lebanon NH from the Multiple Listing Service!
Lebanon has faired quite well in the month of August compared to last year. The number of houses that sold last month was up 17.5% (14 in ’08 to 17 in ’09). The average sale price is down less than 1% ($241,663 in ’08 to $241,094 in ’09).
It looks like the tax incentive for first time home buyers continues to drive the market in town.
