It will come as no surprise that Norwich tracked with Hanover with the peak of the market in terms of total sales volume occurring in 2005 at $26,257,060. 2005 was also the year that Sellers achieved their best list to sell ratio in 10 years; which was just under 97%.
The peak in sales for units sold in Norwich occurred in 2003 with 59 units sold, for perspective that was 89% of the total units sold in Hanover, a stunning statistic when you consider that Norwich has less then a 1/3 of the population of Hanover.
